AND THIS IS HIS TEAM! LET ME INTRODUCE YOU... WITH UNNECESSARY DETAILS! YAAAY!
(Though I would like to do reference sometime...)
Also, he's from Lavender Town, and is a Shiny Hunter/Explorer. Not much of a battler, uses Ghost types. Also, he's 14, since everyone in Pokemon is ridiculously young 8|

In order of when he got them!

Sableye: Sepphyre.
Gender: Male
Item: Yellow Scarf
Nature: Impish
His first Pokemon, originally met him when he was like 5, and really just had him as a friend for a long time. Then his dad saw them once and was all like "ASIHDASIHASFAS ITS A POKEMON, IT NEEDS A POKEBALL." and then caught it for Matty in a Premier Ball, cause he wanted his son's first poke to be speeshaall. CB

Shiny Drifloon: Mallow.
Gender: Male
Item: Soothe Bell
Nature: Timid
Second Pokemon, met at a fair in a bundle of balloons |D Matty was, like... 8. Decided to just cart him around as a balloon for the rest of the day, till his dad noticed and went "ADOKHIFISDHASHIFN OMG ITS A SHINY CATCH IT MATTY CATCH IT." ...Then caught it for him, again, in a Luxury Ball. Cause it's shiny. |D

Shiny Gastly: Eethyr.
Gender: Male
Item: Spell Tag
Nature: Quirky
Met when Matty was about 10, in a cave. He was drawn to Mallow's shininess, haaa |D;; Brought him back, his father practically DIED and caught it in another Luxury ball for little Matty.

Banette: Rellik
Gender: Male
Item: Amulet Coin
Nature: Lax
Rellik actually belongs to Matty's father. When he turned 14, his dad was all "EVERYONE ELSE HAS ALREADY GONE ON THEIR POKEMON ADVENTURE--WHY HAVEN'T YOU?" and basically kicked him out. He did give him plenty of Pokeballs and items to start off with, though, and also his prize Pokemon: Rellik. Unfortunately, Rellik is like, level 57, and Matty... has no badges. Therefore Rel doesn't listen to him. AT ALL.

Item: Quick Claw
Nature: Naughty
This was the first Pokemon Matty ran into after leaving Lavender Town, and he... freaked out. He ran back home, and his father ended up using Rel and catching it for him. Begrudgingly. Then sent him on his way again and told him not to come home till he actually really accomplished something >: Therefore Fig is in a Level Ball, and doesn't really respect Matty much yet.

Poochyena: Sebbaris
Gender: Male
Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Bold
Sebby was actually sent to Matty in the mail a couple days after starting his Pokemon journey, by his mum. She was worried that the rest of his Pokemon weren't strong enough to protect him, and she knew Rel wouldn't listen to him, so she specifically bought and trained a guard-dog-like Pokemon for him, while making sure it didn't get to too high of a level. She also sent a bunch of TMs and extra items |D

Oh, originally his last poke was a Misdreavus, but... I didn't want to put it in this picture so I changed his party and gave him a Poochyena, with a backstory. It makes me happy.

I know giving him shinies probably makes him Marty-Stu-ish, but... Eh. Not like I'm using him for anything other than RPs with ~Musoukakitty Also, he's a shit trainer lmao. He's just a shiny hunter/explorer~
