The raven-haired man turned just as Wish made contact, hitting him full-force and tumbling to the ground.
Wish’s fingernails extended into claws, inches from the man’s steely gray eyes as he loomed over him. Without missing a beat, the gunner brought up his leg and kicked Wish in the stomach, flinging him up and over his head. As he flew, the demon reached out and grabbed the black shirt, tugging the mystery gunner with him as they tumbled over each other and rolled into a clearing.

A large black shoe broke the surface of the previously still puddle as the strider paced his way through the dense forest. Wish looked up through the branches at the few bright stars he could see, as most were covered by large rain-bearing clouds. The lavender-haired boy’s sharp red eyes narrowed as a few leftover raindrops hit his cheeks, although he was already soaked.

Matrix and AndrAIa from ReBoot (since I know not many people will know about it /sob)
Even after 10+ years, they are still one of the only couples that I have ever liked. Normally I can hardly even tolerate romance xD

After discovering that a 9-DVD boxset of ReBoot was recently released, I was THROWN INTO THE OCEAN OF NOSTALGIAAAA and had to draw something for it. (and I may do more)
I also shall be ordering said boxset tomorroowww /bounces
Edit: Because people keep asking: You can get ithe boxset here :] (though it appears the one I got was technically a preorder and they won't actually be released until 6/28)

Seriously I'm as giddy as a five year old after this news.

*Sigh* Reboot . . . One of my favorite shows of all time. I remember idolizing Matrix when I was a kid--haha! He's so cool! You drew him and AndrAIa very well. I love AndrAIa's expression! Excellent work! I'm so glad my curiousity over who draws the Volunteer Victoria pictures brought me here.
On a side note, Matrix and AndrAIa appear a little younger here. That got me thinking--how did they look as teens, shortly after the Mortal Kombat incident? You should totally draw your interpretation of that! XD
